Tell us your shop's name and what you were doing when it went wrong. If a booking is involved, the customer's name and the time of the appointment is usually enough for us to find it.
Your booking confirmation carries a link that lets you see it, move it or cancel it. That is the quickest route, and it does not need an account.
If the appointment itself is the problem — you want a different time, or a different barber — contact the shop directly. They own the diary and can change it in seconds. We can only pass a message on.
Three things go in: the shop code, your email and your
password. The shop code is the short name in your booking link — in
barbershub.vibextech.co.zw/yourshop it is yourshop. It is asked once and
then remembered on that phone.
If you have forgotten your password, the owner or manager at your shop can set a new one under Shop → Staff & chairs. If you are the owner, email us.
Check, in order:
A shop has to have opening hours, at least one chair, and at least one service with a price on it. Until all three exist there is nothing to offer. The app says which is missing on the Today screen.
Payments → To collect lists every cut that is finished and has no amount recorded against it. Those are the ones missing from the total. The Reports tab says so directly rather than showing a figure that looks complete.
Shop → Staff & chairs. Deactivating removes them from the customer's view and ends their access, and keeps the bookings they have already done. Email us if you would rather their record was deleted entirely.
Barbershub needs an account, and we set those up by hand so the shop starts with its hours, chairs and prices already right. Email support@vibextech.co.zw and tell us where you are and how many chairs you have.
What we hold, who it belongs to and who else sees it is set out in the privacy policy. To ask for a copy of your data, or to have it deleted, write to privacy@vibextech.co.zw.
